We are all thanks you for your hard working and your marvelous efforts and enhancing the performance of all Strong Receivers. Words can not tell our feeling.
Please just fix the following bug in the new patch, thanks
there are some main bugs and problem that have been stated several times. Some of them solved gradually but the other remain unsolved although these seem to be easy to solve. But they are unsolved for a long time.
Hereby I state some issue which it would be nice to apply them in the next patch.
Master the new patch 160 for the 4902 model does have some bugs? !
1. there are some problem about the Player in model 4902. for example, in movies with 2 audios, the switching between audios are impossible and the picture is frozen. please solve it. Please.model 4902
2. CCCAm sharing for model 4902 has too freezing especially on HD channels. Similar models, like Xcruise 420, are very fast in opening HD channels. Another bug is that for models 4902 and 4922, it should be change the channel several times by remote control to open the channel and sometimes the receiver should be reset. This bug is available for model 4922 but not as worse as 4902.
have suggested you to use the newer version of CCCAM. you are using 2.0.11 but if you use 2.1.4, I think the most problem (especially about Coded Channel) get solved
3. Please add Persian Subtitle option in menu model 4902 and 4922 Please
I send you of Persian fonts. B Yekan font is the best for Persian Menu and B Yekan font is best for Persian Subtitles
4. Finally we had stated: 'In Model 4902 there is a major bug while playing mp4 files, after about 20 minutes the audio is cut off and there is no sound. In Previous patches, this bug remained unsolved. Please solve this bug.' and you mentioned: 'I am working on it, soon will fix it.' I also have to say that this problem is occurred for mkv files. I hope you can fix it ASAP.Model 4902
5. All released codes in all packages are active. I put them on HD SoftCam and transfer to receiver. All codes and systems, such as Viaccess, Cryptoworks, Conax, Nagravision, Irdeto, Seca, are saved after transferring by SoftCam except for BISS and DCW system keys that it must be entered manually (by entering number buttons on remote control 8280) because they are not transferred by SoftCam. If it is possible, check my SoftCam that I’ll send you.
6. There is still problem for Persian subtitles because, as I said before, you use Arabic fonts. Pleas use my sent fonts in your source programming. It would be great if you can support IDX/SUB format for subtitles.model 4902 and 4922 Please
7. Please add new Video and Audio codec.model 4902 and 4922[Imad Zeidan] What do you mean? Which Codec?
Answer: I mean full support of H.264/MPEG-4 AVC, x264, x265, m4v, m4a, flv, mov, PCM and as well as DTS, TRUEHD and ATMOS, if possible!
