با توجه به استقبال کاربران ایرانی از مدل 4902 استرانگ اچدی . .تصمیم گرفتم درخواستی از شرکت استرانگ وتیم فنی داشته باشیم برای تولید رسیور جدید بنام مدل 4902 پلاس و یا شبیه ان که مورد استقبال تیم فنی استرانگ قرار گرفته وامید وار هستیم با پیگیری های زیاد تا چند ماه اینده این مدل ویا مدلهای جدید تولید شود شک نداشته باشید مدل های جدید و مدل 4k خاورمیانه حرف هایی برای گفتن خواهند داشت امیدوارم تیم فنی وشرکت استرانگ به این درخواست تیم مدیریتی استرانگ وکاربران گل ایرانی که قبلا جواب مثب داده شده جامع عمل بپوشاندممنونم دوستان گل​

After many years of releasing the popular model 4902, which are very popular particularly in Middle East and Iran, other models such as 4922 could not achieved to that popularity. We think you are commencing to fall since you admit that some Chinese companies such as China Global produce poor quality model 4950H or using NOVATEKprocessor for model 4922 which produce a poor quality image. Model 4902 has STi processor which produces a high quality image
May we ask you to explain what the benefit of UHF analog tuner output is?
Model 4922 only has one USB port while, as you absolutely aware, USB ports are very common nowadays.
Model 4902 was a fantastic model but the supporting was weak such as not supporting Wi-Fi, NTFS format and Persian Language full support (the latter issue was absolutely because of WIZKID’s inability). Your other rivals such as XCruiser, StarMax, etc., completely and properly support Persian language in their Menu and Subtitles. Your biggest mistake is that you are using Arabic Fonts in your Programming Source for subtitle, Menu and EPG while there are many Persian Users using your products.
We told over and over again to Mr. WIZKID about Persian issues but he didn’t care about our requests.
We think it would be nice if you produce a new improved model (such as 4902 Plus or something like that) including following features which we courageously say that many users will buy it:
1. Using the newest STi Chipset
2. Two USB ports in the behind and one USB port (more is better) in the front
3. Remote Control with better remote and beautiful shape
4. Internal LAN and Wi-Fi
5. Channel Display on front panel
6. Supporting NTFS format and multimedia format such as mkv, avi, mpeg4, etc.
7. A strong Media Player
8. Full Persian Language with Persian fonts

Recommended Hardware System:

CPU: STi 650 MHz
Flash-ROM : 512 MB
SDRAM : 512 MB
EEPROM : 512 KB
RAM: RAM: 1GB DDR3

If you apply these features we strongly ensure that it will be one of the bestseller receivers in Middle East particularly in Iran.

Please pay attention to all following suggestions on behalf of the Professional Team of forums.iran-tk.com/. Thanks in advance.
No doubt if you consider these suggestion, the sale rate will be increase definitely in Middle East and European countries.


1. There is no doubt if you insist on your present marketing trend, you will see a fiasco. There are new powerful brands like xCruisers, MediaStar and StarMax which are very powerful in marketing now.


2. In my opinion, do not allow to Global China for producing your products. MediaStar brand let the Global China to produce their products with a free gShare account but your H4950 product does not have any account. Also the models 4955, 4935 and H4950 were less favorite in Middle East.


3. All new brands have their special 4K models which I think they are not perfect like xCruiser 485 and 430 HD and iStar S10 v2 UltraHD android-2 tuners and etc. I suggest that you design new models by cooperating with Persian forums.iran-tk.com Administrators and Arabian Administrators ideas to produce a perfect 4K and FullHD models with powerful hardware, chipset and high RAM and no doubt theses upcoming products will be one of the most favorite products in the world especially in Middle East.


4. Try to use powerful and new chipsets like (Amlogic (s905x ) and (Hisilicon HI3798C v200 ) ARM Processor because the picture quality is the most important priority for all users.


5. StarMax HD in comparison with Strong 4902 and 4922, can rapidly switch between channels with CCCAM accounts but Strong models are very slow or faces the freezing issues because of using obsolete modular. This problem has never solved.


I hope I can have persuaded you. Besides, please enlighten Mr. WIZKID to cooperate with Persian professional users which it can be useful for everyone especially for Strong Company. I am working for 10 years in satellite receiver zone have a great resume.

Hi Mr. WIZKID

All users, especially Iraninan users, are waiting for new patch for Models 4902 and 4922. Please add the new CCCAM module and tandberg module because new STRONG receivers are not imported in Iran market.
finally there is a sugestionlease cooperate with two senior Persian administrator for improving the quality of new 4K and FullHD receivers (in Middle East especially Iran) including their technical specification and even their shape and remote control stucture.

Please pay attention to sent emails by Persian administrators about solving bugs.

Please add module new CCCAm and (Tandberg) package in patch new model 4922 and 4902


I have suggested you to use the newer version of CCCAM. you are old version 2.0.11 ( CS_Module_200p__ CCCAM and GSCAM) but if you new
use 2.1.3, and 2.1.4 I think the most problem (especially about Coded Channel) get solved.


CCCAm sharing for model 4902 has too freezing especially on HD channels. Similar models, like Xcruise 420 and starmax , are very fast in opening HD channels. Another bug is that for models 4902 and 4922, it should be change the channel several times by remote control to open the channel and sometimes the receiver should be reset. This bug is available for model 4922 but not as worse as 4902.
