سلام دوستان
بعد اینکه نامه اول تاریخ 01.08.2012 به شرکت استارست دادم تا اشکالات پچ بر طرف کنن انتظار پیگری نداشتم اما 2 روز بعد یه پچ جدید بیرون اومد اما بازم فکر نمی کردم به خاطره نامه من باشه اما بعد اینکه نامه دوم تاریخ 10.08.2012 دادم و یه نرم افزار جدید 4 روز بعد دادن بیرون امیدوار شدم که استارستی ها ایمیل ها می خونن

من با زبان انگلیسی ضعیفم یه متن برای پشتیبانی استارست و ادمینشون (admin@starsat.com) ارسال کردم براتون میزارم بخونید

hello
i buy a receiver sr-2200 HD but there are many problem in this model


1:after upgrade receiver by patch 25.7.2012 from site
there are not no voice in Satellite:badr frqe:11881 but there arenot
any problem by factory patch in CD

2:After each search be destroyed chanal list

3:there are not no upload or upgrade chanal list by usb in menu

4:there are not no key editor in menu for change biss or any coding system

5:after selectoin USLS or Diseqc 1.2 in part of motorised system
be destroyed after exit from this part

6:there are not any option for change angle Satellite (For example as SR-7300 usb)

7:Receiver s Catalog (in CD) there are not any explain
about: wifi , free sharing , motorised system , ethernet

8:there are problem in upgrade by rs232

and after edit biss key not open chanal for example sat:badr frqe:11900 chanal:irib tv3

4:after selectoin USLS or Diseqc 1.2 in part of motorised system
