- fix "cutting" of current EPG in some screen
- added option to the path assignment of icons sets
- added option to transfer the icons on the selected destination (this transfer space becomes about 1.5MB - advantageously be used in case of using image in flash - more free space in root)
- added automatic detection update the skins (future updates) and removing default icons sets reinstalled by instalation, if they were moved in an earlier version ...
