may I ask you to send me the changelog new patch #160 for model 4902?!!!
It is important to know that the Models 4902, and 4922 are most popular and easy to access in Iran as well as Persian User all around the World. And new models such as L4930 and H4950 are not available in Iran or too rare. Then, it is better you prioritize the Models that are very common and solve their bugs first. (This prioritization policy is done by similar manufactures)
Please just fix the following bug in the new patch, thanks
there are some main bugs and problem that have been stated several times. Some of them solved gradually but the other remain unsolved although these seem to be easy to solve. But they are unsolved for a long time.
Hereby I state some issue which it would be nice to apply them in the next patch.
Master the new patch 160 for the 4902 model does have some bugs? !
1. there are some problem about the Player in model 4902. for example, in movies with 2 audios, the switching between audios are impossible and the audios is frozen. please solve it. I think it is a major problem.
2. Please add Persian Subtitle option in menu model 4902 and 4922 Please
3. I have suggested you to use the newer version of CCCAM. you are using 2.0.11 but if you use 2.1.4, I think the most problem (especially about Coded Channel) get solved
4. Finally we had stated: 'In Model 4902 there is a major bug while playing mp4 files, after about 20 minutes the audio is cut off and there is no sound. In Previous patches, this bug remained unsolved. Please solve this bug.' and you mentioned: 'I am working on it, soon will fix it.' I also have to say that this problem is occurred for mkv files. I hope you can fix it ASAP.Model 4902
5. Thanks you for adding Subtitle Setting including font color and font position. Please enable us to adjust font size and this item below other settings such as font position and font color.
6. Please add MPEG format for recording. Ts format is great but it is occupied a large space on Flash Memory. Hence it would be better to have another option.

The fonts are suitable for Persian Menu and for Receiver Player. I mean we request to apply this font for every Persian parts including Persian teletext, Persian menu, Persian subtitles (while watching movie with srt subs) etc. I hope finally It would be done.

I Also send you some screenshot of patch 160 for Model 4902 which I have edited to the corrected case..
Please add Persian option in subtitle menu. Also I demand and insist on you to use Persian fonts (which I sent you) in menu as well as subtitle. I suggest you after applying the changes, please send me some screenshot from new menu interface and I will tell you the results.
Once again I send you the Complete Persian Menu and I am sure if you thoroughly read it and apply it, a Complete Persian Menu will be turned out.
In the Patch 4902, there is still some problems in player for movies with Dual Audio and after switching between audios, the Audio is missed and the picture frozen! As I told before, this problem is not occurred in Model 4922.
The mentioned items are the most important issues for us and we are all hope to see you solve all of them.
In my opinion the most problems for CCCAM sharing in HD Strong receiver is caused by using old version 2.0.11 which it might be changed. I suggest using new CCCAM 2.1.3 or 2.1.4 version in future patches. I think it is better that you use new CCCAM.
